Question 1

What types of garage doors do you sell?

Accepted Answer

We carry a wide selection including Unique Garage Doors (the world's quietest), Elegant Garage Doors, Ranch House Doors (custom wood, swing-out, gates), and Aluma aluminum full-view doors. Styles range from traditional raised panel and contemporary flush to custom wood and modern full-view aluminum.

Question 2

Do you sell to the public / homeowners?

Accepted Answer

No — WGD is a wholesale distributor that sells exclusively to licensed contractors, garage door installers, builders, and trade account holders. If you're a homeowner, please contact your local garage door installer who can order through us.

Question 3

Do you stock garage door openers?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We stock a full range of garage door openers. Contact us or visit our showroom for current models and trade pricing.

Question 4

Do you offer special sizes or cut-downs?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We offer custom cut-down services and can accommodate special width and height requirements. Our on-site fabrication allows us to modify doors to fit non-standard openings — something most distributors can't offer.

Question 5

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We primarily serve Northern California including Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, Lincoln, and surrounding areas. We work with contractors and builders throughout the greater Sacramento region.

Question 6

How do I open a trade account?

Accepted Answer

Simply fill out our Trade Account application online or call us at 916-273-9404. Once approved, you'll receive contractor pricing, access to our full catalog, and dedicated account support.

Question 7

Do you offer window cutouts in garage doors?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer professional on-site window cutting services. You can add windows to doors that didn't originally come with them, giving you more flexibility in customizing the look for your customers.
